100% Chardonnay grape. These chardonnay grapes are grown at 1080-1200 feet above sea level on eastern facing hills. The soil is medium-textured limestone and there are 5000 vines per hectare. The bottle production per year of this chardonnay is 5000 as well. After harvest in mid September, this wine completes its maturation in steel tanks and is bottled in the summer.
