100% Falanghina dei Campi Flegrei. This is a vine that is free of phyloxera and of cru status in the Campi Flegrei, and area of volcanic origin. With the volcanic soil, the vine is still on original rootstock and has never needed the grafting of American stock. The vines are trained in the guyot style with great results. The vines on original rootstocks increase the density of grape stock and decrease the amount of yield of the grapes per hectare. The wine is of brilliant straw coller. In the nose, the wine is rich with complex perfumes of exotic and dried fruits and leaves of the tomato plant. On the palate, the wine is definitely beguiling, harmonic and full, thanks to its equilibrium with a saltiness and softness.
