Montebelli - Caldana, Tuscany
This small piece of paradise tucked into the Tuscan countryside is located just northwest of Grosseto in the area of Maremma. This is a place where history, art, and nature mix together, creating unique and unforgettable landscapes. There are 12 hectares of vineyards producing Fabula di Montebelli Riserva and a beautiful extra virgin olive oil. Great strides are being made in the quality of their wines with the addition of new vineyards.
The Montebelli farm and all of its products are certified bio-organic. Efforts are continuously aimed at preserving the natural setting as it is without artificial additions, in order to produce more and without interfering with its natural course. Montebelli harvests whatever nature gives and somehow feels that the land responds and appreciates their respect, as year after year the production is always excellent in quantity, but above all in quality. They have chosen to take the ancient manual method of harvesting, which gives Montebelli three red wines: Fabula, Fabula Riserva (both being DOC Monteregio di Massa Marittima), and Acantos IGT Toscano.
