Growing system: free standing bush and wire supported system. Planting system mt. 1.40 x 1.40 for free standing bush, mt. 2.00 x 1.30 for wire supported system. Limited mechanization. Average age of the vineyard: 35-40 years. Average yield per acre: 20-25 tons. Harvesting period: end of September for the Negroamaro, beginning of September for the Primitivo. Harvest method: manual. Aging: 30% in tonneaux for 3 months, 70% in steel. Color: ruby red. Bouquet: ethereal, intense and delicate. Taste: dry harmonious and fragrant. Serving suggestions: ragu, red and white meat. Serving temperature: 14-16 degrees C.
