33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, and 33% Syrah grapes. This dry red comes from relatively new vines and undergoes a 10-12 day vinification in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 26-28°C, with a 15 day maceration period followed by complete malolactic fermentation. To the eye, the wine is an intense ruby red and on the nose: grand fragrances of fruits of the forest! In the mouth, a fruit forward presence is clear, with an aftertaste of blackberry and raspberry. Best serve with game, Lamb and quality cheeses.
