CANTINA DI SOLOPACA
Straw-gold. Apricot, quince and orange peel on the nose, with strong hints of coconut, lichee and honey; conveys an impression of some noble rot influence. Rich, round and silky, with moderately complex flavors of lime, white peach and spice.
VARIETALS: 50% Falanghina, 25% Fiano, 25% Greco (organic)
VINIFICATION/AGEING: Aged 5 months in barrique
PAIRINGS: Fish, cheeses, white meats.
